It tells the story of the lives of 20 characters living in a huge social housing complex in the Negev desert. This is a terrible film. Without any script or manual. The characters’ sentences are unclear and most of the time they don’t make sense. Many scenes are too long and can last 10 minutes instead of half a minute. In addition, the main character can repeat the same sentence 5-7 times with the same word… a sentence that adds nothing to the plot. The locations feel like the film was shot on a $1000 budget and you are constantly trying to understand what they add and how they relate to the plot. This is not the first film by this director that I have seen… and they all suffer from the same problems, so I wonder how this director still manages to get budgets and find producers for his films…
