A musical inspired by Pharrell Williams’ childhood in Virginia Beach. Coincidentally, Comcast, which owns Universal Pictures, the film’s distributor, also owns Focus Features, which released Dio by Dio (2024), an animated documentary shot entirely in Lego style about the life of singer Pharrell Williams the year before. His story also forms the basis of the film Atlantis (2025).
