Plot
Mark leads a team of office workers whose memories are surgically divided between work and personal lives. When a mysterious colleague shows up outside of work, he embarks on a journey to uncover the truth about his job. The computer terminals used by the Macro data sanitization team do not have an "escape" key. This is normal for terminals in the Data General Dasher D2 series, which these seem to be. Featured in Late Night with Seth Meyers: Ben Stiller/Rose Matafeo/Brooke Colucci (2022). I was expecting a comedy because of who the main character is, in the first minute you can just feel that this series has immense quality behind it, there must be a team that actually cares about what they put on the screen. The first 3-4 minutes give you a terrifying idea of the world of the series and I loved it. The direction is simple, but the tone, writing and atmosphere are perfectly executed.
